Why we do what we do.

The interior design and renovation industry is plagued with low standards and haphazard project management. IDs are focused on maximizing profit while owners fear getting ripped off or even scammed. Good designers and contractors who truly have the clients’ interests at heart are few and far between.

On the bright side, homeowners these days are more knowledgeable, tech savvy, and appreciate good communications.

Homeowners are also more hands-on in project management and curious about the technical aspects of the renovation process. They are also concerned about health and ecological impact of construction materials.

So here we are, with a mission to make the renovation process simple, fuss-free, and sustainable.

In any renovation project, the end result is only going to be as good as the work instructions. We believe in fleshing out every little detail of work, leaving nothing to chance.

We don’t push work to subcontractors indiscriminately. Most of our subcontractors are long-time partners. We only use people whom we know have proper methods (no shortcuts) and good workmanship.
