Our payment schedule is progressive over the duration of the project. You’d only pay the final 10% upon completion.

We buy materials in bulk, we hunt for value-for-money items, and we train our own workers instead of subcontracting. That's why we can do it cheaper.

We transparently show our best price right off the bat to save everyone the trouble of price haggling and tiring negotiation.

It’s ok to earn less. We do not want to chop carrot heads, we want happy clients and referrals.

In general, we will use the most suitable eco-friendly material for the job.

From the various types of cement to the grades of plywood and composites, we know what is available in the market and even what brands to avoid. We do not believe in using cheap materials from dubious suppliers.

Health and sustainability are important to us. Despite the higher cost, we’d rather spend more on eco-friendly materials than compromise on your health and our workers’ health.

After confirmation, we can produce the 3D renders for a fee so that you can visualize the space.

Unfortunately, no. 3D modeling and rendering is a labor intensive process that costs time and money.

As long as the fittings are compatible and the installation does not require too much additional labor, we can install.

Generally, no. A lot of our inventory stock are bought in bulk, so our prices are already low.

Also, some suppliers' fixtures may require more materials or labor to install, so we might even have to charge extra for labor.

If you fancy some other tiles from any of the reputable tile suppliers, please let us know.



The floor tile in the package is high quality. You can’t get this deal anywhere else.

It depends on the scope of works and the size of your home. Typically, we take 5-8 weeks.

We provide a one-year warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects.

If any item breaks, we'll replace it for free.

Unfortunately, no. Packages are for BTO HDB homes only.

Resale renovation is usually a lot more complicated, where every project is unique. We can't do it at this price point.
